Finger Lime / フィンガーライム

Finger lime (aka. caviar lime) is about the size of little finger and has been popularised as a gourmet bushfood. It is originated in Australia, and one California farmer is elaborately growing the trees. Because it takes five years from planting to first crop, and it produces only 5lb from one tree, it is used as a valuable ingredient at high-class restaurant.
