During the first year, new team members will be trained to operate Grocery, Deli, Produce and other departments. They will also learn some principles in store management. Team member’s abilities and preferences will be evaluated before being place a department manager after this training period. If interested and qualified, new employees may be placed at franchising, wholesale, and other new divisions the company is looking to develop.

Part-Time Employment Positions Stocker/Clerk Provide customers with assistance; maintain clean and organized shelves by ordering and stocking products in the store.
Cashier Assist customers in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner to offer superior customer service. Good communications skill is a must.
Kitchen Staff/Fresh foods Handlers Provide quality Japanese style prepared foods, fresh produce, meats, and the highest quality of fish to satisfy gourmet customers.
Any part time employee can be promoted to full time employment or to a management position depending on his/her skill and ability.
